I put the wrong fuel in my car. James came to my work place and sorted the issue quickly. He was informative, professional, friendly and made sure I made it to a garage safely and filled my car up with the correct fuel. Thank you James.

Excellent service from taking the call to getting the car running again with the correct fuel, all within the timeframe and cost specified on the initial call. Hopefully won’t put the wrong fuel in again but if it should happen I know who will be getting a call. Thanks for getting us back on he road so quickly.

Today I did something for the first time… after putting 70 litres of unleaded into my diesel A6 I was pretty fed up and angry with myself! Luke at Wrong Fuel Solutions was very reassuring and gave me confidence that things would be OK. We arranged a convenient time and John visited my house mid-evening to fix the car. He was cheerful, informative and had the car running within 40 minutes. Great service. Great communication. Highly recommended!

I used to always think these comments were made up. Today I now know they are real! This company is brilliant! I put £20 of petrol in my 8 month old golf TDI. VW assist and AA both led me a merry dance telling me it was doom and gloom and I wasted 4 hours being messed about by them telling me I needed to claim on my insurance as I would need a new fuel tank, injection system and possibly even a new engine. I called this company and spoke to a lovely chap who was so calm and honest and really helped me as I was a emotional wobbly mess, after having been told it would cost me between £3k and £5k to sort out, and I was so worried about telling my husband that I had broken my car. But 40 mins later lovely John turned up and rescued me. I was back on the road 30 minutes later. The car is running fine now and I have driven 200 miles since the incident his morning. Do not be conned by main dealers, try these first! Oh and put the tissues down and stop crying it will be fine )
